Unaided Wayfinding

How do pedestrians decide which way to go in cities? How important are spatial factors relating to the configuration of the environment? This project examines individual spatial decision-making at city street junctions through a series of eye tracking experiments. The latest mobile, binocular eye tracker is used to collect real-time data in the physical environment.
